Australia’s First Star Wars™ Galactic Café Lands in Melbourne!


Prepare for a culinary journey to a galaxy far, far away – right in the heart of Melbourne! Opening on Saturday, 7 June 2025, the Star Wars™ Galactic Café at Melbourne Museum offers an immersive dining experience aboard a Corellian Star Cruiser. 


Developed in collaboration with Museums Victoria, The Walt Disney Company Australia & New Zealand, and Lucasfilm, this pop-up café is Australia’s first official Star Wars-themed dining venue. 

The menu features dishes inspired by the iconic saga, including the legendary Blue Milk, Canto Bight Burger, Sorgan Burger, and the indulgent Death Star by Chocolate dessert.

🍔 Canto Bight Burger – $24

Beef burger with cheddar, galactic sauce, lettuce, tomato & pickles on a sesame bun. Served with slaw & crisps.

🌱 Sorgan Burger – $24

Vegan chickpea & kale patty with greens, avo & pickles on a potato bun. Comes with slaw & crisps. Gluten-free option available.

🍜 Naboo Garden Vermicelli – $26

Prawns on vermicelli noodles with fresh herbs, crispy shallots, peanuts & Nuoc Cham dressing.

🍗 Outer Rim Chicken Katsu – $26

Crispy chicken with fennel & apple slaw, topped with a dill emulsion.

The café is situated just outside the LEGO® Star Wars™: The Exhibition, making it the perfect spot to dine before or after exploring the impressive LEGO recreations of the Star Wars universe. 

Given the high demand, with over 2,000 reservations already made, it’s recommended to book your table in advance.  Reservations can be made through OpenTable.
