2. The promoter of these giveaways is Melbourne with Kidz (Promoter).
3. Melbourne with Kidz conducts two types of competitions: games of skill and games of chance. In skill-based competitions, each entry is judged individually based on literary and creative merit. In chance-based competitions, winners are selected randomly through actions like commenting, sharing, and tagging on social media posts related to Melbourne with Kidz on Facebook and Instagram. We may use external websites to generate winners for example Free Instagram Comment Picker and Giveaways Tool. Participants must follow Melbourne with Kidz on Facebook or Instagram to be eligible to enter.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are eighteen years or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are considered minors and are not eligible to participate. If a winner is found to be under 18, they will be disqualified.
5. Each competition has specific start and end dates, as indicated in the giveaway post. Only the winner(s) will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours; otherwise, the prize may be reassigned to another participant.
6. Melbourne with Kidz may share entry data with the prize promoter, with clear disclosure for privacy purposes.
7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Melbourne with Kidz is not responsible for any variations in the prize’s value. Transportation to and from events and any additional costs are the winner’s responsibility. Winners may be required to present identification (ID) when picking up event tickets.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition without prior notice.
10. The Promoter is not liable for any losses (including missed opportunities), damages (including direct, indirect, or consequential losses), or personal injuries related to this competition or the use of or participation in the prize.
11. Winners must adhere to the terms and conditions of any prize tickets, including any age restrictions for events.
12. Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within Australia, and event tickets are only valid in Australia. Some tickets may need to be collected from the event’s ticket booth on the day of the event, and personal identification may be required.
13. Beware of fraudulent accounts impersonating Melbourne with Kidz. We will never request your personal credit card details. If you receive a message asking for personal information, please ignore it as it is a scam.
