Get 20% off Breakfast With Orangutans at Bali Zoo

A Must-Do Bali Experience for Families

If you’re looking for a Bali experience that’s unforgettable, interactive, and perfect for all ages, Breakfast with Orangutans at Bali Zoo should be right at the top of your list.

This was our second time visiting, and honestly, the kids loved it even more this time around. We brought our parents along as well, and it turned out to be the perfect multi-generational morning activity-fun, relaxing, and filled with those “wow” moments you only get in Bali.

Why We Keep Coming Back

Bali Zoo is the first in Indonesia to offer Breakfast with Orangutans, and there’s truly nothing else like it.

From the moment you’re picked up around 7am, it feels like the start of a magical day. As the morning fog lifts and the animals wake up, you’re welcomed straight into the Sumatran Buffalo House area for a generous buffet breakfast surrounded by nature.

But the best part?

You’re not just watching the orangutans – you’re sharing your morning with them as they swing, play, and wander through their outdoor playground.

Our kids absolutely thrive here because it’s so hands-on. Beyond the orangutans, they get to:

✔️ Get up close with exotic birds

✔️ Meet and hold small animals (hedgehogs, gibbons, Deer, rabbits and more!)

✔️ Feed the elephants

✔️ Enjoy a full zoo tour and animal show after breakfast

✔️ Splash and play at Jungle Splash water zone

It’s educational, interactive, and so much fun-even adults end up acting like kids again.

What’s Included

The buffet breakfast itself is surprisingly generous and delicious. You’ll start with:

Seasonal fruits or fresh juices Homemade bread, butter, & jam A choice of mains like Eggs Benedict, Granola, or Nasi Goreng Balinese coffee or English Breakfast tea

And then it’s straight into animal encounters, photo opportunities, and a relaxing wander through the zoo before the bigger crowds arrive.
