• The Eye Fillet (250g) – Exceptionally tender, cooked to perfection, and complemented by their signature baste, which adds a depth of flavour without overpowering the natural richness of the beef.
• The Rib Eye (350g) – A must-try for those who love a well-marbled, juicy steak. Cooked medium-rare, it delivered a buttery texture and deep, smoky notes.
• Pork / Beef Ribs – Fall-off-the-bone tender with a sticky, caramelised glaze that balances sweetness and smokiness beautifully.
• Sides & Sauces – The mushroom sauce was a standout, creamy and packed with umami. The baked potato with sour cream was a satisfying classic, while the grilled vegetables added a fresh contrast to the richness of the meats.
We visited on a Sunday for lunch, one of the two days they offer a lunchtime service (Fridays and Sundays). The staff at Squires Loft Williamstown were knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that each steak was cooked to our preference. The wait time was reasonable, and the food arrived fresh off the grill, perfectly hot and full of flavour.
