Hear ye, hear ye! Melbourne’s favourite comedy trio, Sooshi Mango, has been crowned the 2025 Moomba Monarchs! Known for their hilarious take on multicultural Aussie life, the trio will bring their signature humour to one of Melbourne’s most beloved festivals.
Who Are Sooshi Mango?
Sooshi Mango—made up of brothers Carlo and Joe Salanitri and their mate Andrew Manfre—are Australia’s fastest-growing comedy group. Their skits and live shows, inspired by their European heritage, have racked up over a billion views online. They even hold the record for the most sold-out comedy shows at Rod Laver Arena!
Their most famous characters—Johnny, Vince, and Sam—lovably exaggerate the quirks of Italian and Greek migrant parents, making them a hit with audiences of all backgrounds. Now, as Moomba Monarchs, they’ll bring that same energy to Melbourne’s biggest family-friendly festival.
Moomba is all about fun, community, and tradition, and Sooshi Mango is the perfect fit. Their comedy is a celebration of Melbourne’s diverse culture, making them a fantastic choice to lead the festival.
