On our recent Staycation in Melbourne, we stayed at the Pegasus Apart Hotel and loved it. Located in the heart of the CBD, it’s just a 5-minute walk from Queen Victoria Market. The hotel’s proximity to Southern Cross Station, Flagstaff Station, and the free tram service made exploring the city a breeze.
We stayed in their three-bedroom penthouse, available for booking via Airbnb or directly through reservations. It was spacious, modern, and offered stunning city views.
The highlight of our stay was the excellent buffet breakfast, featuring a wide variety of delicious options. From freshly baked pastries to an array of hot dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate – even our fussy little eaters
The hotel offers a range of accommodations, including one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom family-themed apartments, and a luxurious three-bedroom penthouse.
The family-themed apartments are especially great for those with kids, featuring 1 Queen bed for parents , with 2 single beds for the kids in a colourfully themed bedroom complete with interactive games (extra bed available for $40 per night). The themes to choose from are Circus, Racing Car, Super Games and Jungle. Perfect for keeping them entertained throughout the stay.
The hotel boasts a huge 20-meter heated indoor pool and spa, which our kids couldn’t get enough of, as well as a well-equipped gym. On-site parking and self-serve laundry facilities were convenient additions that enhanced our stay.
With its prime location near shops, restaurants, and key attractions, Pegasus Apart Hotel made our Melbourne visit unforgettable. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. For families looking for an affordable stay in a great location, especially larger families with three or more kids, this hotel is an excellent choice.
