Not to forget the Maple Roasted Carrots with Caramelized Yoghurt and Coriander, adding a delightful sweetness and depth to the meal. And let’s not overlook the Mushroom Carnaroli Risotto with spoon-leaf spinach, Porcini, and Persian Fetta – a comforting yet sophisticated dish that perfectly rounded off the culinary experience.
For dessert, the Dark Chocolate Mousse and Lemon Crème Brûlée concluded our evening with a crescendo of sweet, tangy, and indulgent flavours.
